Newangle were commissioned to produce a theatre film, interactives
and audio posts for Battle Abbey Visitor Centre.
The specially made film about the events of
the battle is shown in a purpose designed theatre. The film used
animation, CGI and live action footage to create a powerful and
informative summary of the events that lead to the battle and it’s
outcome of the battle itself.
Table top interactives take the visitor through
the events of the year 1066 using a dynamic timeline and reveal
the cultural differences between the Anglo Saxons and the Normans.
An interactive projected map enables the visitor to navigate the
march to Battle from either Stamford Bridge or Normandy.
